Malta Festival Poznań for the third time organizes in Poznan Park(ing) Day, which will take place on September 18th, 2015. And is part of the twenty-fifth birthday edition of the festival.

Every year on the third Friday of September residents all over the world transform parking space into friendly space for people. At places every day reserved for cars there are beach chairs, tables, grass. Local residents spend time together, eating, talking, reading a book. Park(ing) Day reminds that in the public space are the most important people.

The place of the last two editions Park(ing) Day organized by Malta Festival Poznan was parking on the square Kolegiacki - space in the heart of the city, entirely occupied by cars. This year we would like to point out to the parking lot at the intersection of Marcinkowski street and 23rd February street.

Park (ing) Day Poznan is a part of the urban section of the festival - Generator Malta, which is the engine for the realization of the vision Malta Festival Poznań which is to create a dialogue between art and the city.

A detailed program of Park (ing) Day coming soon.
