September 14th, 2015 was held a meeting of the Programme Board. Music Institute of Music and Dance, where they choose the nominees Coryphaeus Polish Music 2015 in the categories: 'Personality of the Year', 'Event of the Year' and 'Honorary Award'.
Among the five nominees in the category 'Personality of the Year' was Paweł Mykietyn, composer of the opera The Magic Mountain, directed by Andrzej Chyra, libretto by Małgorzata Sikorska-Miszczuk and stage design by Miroslaw Bałka, which was established at the initiative of Malta Festival Poznań and had its world premiere during this event. Paweł Mykietyn was honored with a Special Award of Magazine "Theatre" for the opera and theater music.
