During her research in 2015 Monika Drożyńska came across a certain society that works for the establishment of public order. It turned out that the society received only part of its city subsidy for its activities, which may result in the closing of the institution. The artist made a decision to critically review 2015 Idiom New World Order at Malta in relation to the whole festival. By deliberately giving up on the visual part of the project, she donated its budget as a subsidy for the Society.
