Production of a well-known play by Werner Schwab, an Austrian playwright, full of bitter humour and irony. The show’s eponymous “First Ladies” are average Polish women burdened with everyday worries, saving money wherever they can and complaining about the surrounding reality. However, they believe in providence which will eventually turn their plight around. Hidden behind their safe curtain, they fantasize, build the world of imagination which is better than the one they live in.
